Processing & Shipping Times

All orders require processing time before shipment. Processing time depends on the type of product ordered:

Ready-to-Ship Items

(In-stock wigs, hair products & tools)

→ Ships within 1–2 business days

Non-Custom Items

(Bundles, closures, frontals, uncustomized wigs, clip-ins, ponytails)

→ Ships within 5–10 business days

Custom Orders

(Custom wigs, signature wigs, custom services)

→ Ships within 15–20 business days


Shipping time is separate from processing time and varies by carrier and destination.



Domestic & International Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. Delivery times vary based on location, carrier delays, holidays, and peak seasons. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees required by their country.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Route Shipping Protection

Route shipping protection is available at checkout and is strongly recommended. If Route protection is selected, lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly through Route for resolution. If Route is not selected, Nxtensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has possession.


Responsibility After Shipment

Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, Nxtensions is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery issues.


Local Pickup (DMV Area Only)

Local pickup is available for ready-to-ship and hair-on-hand items only. Pickup does not shorten processing time.
