Custom Order Policy

All custom wigs, signature collection wigs, and wig services are made to order based on the client’s selected specifications.

Once your order is placed:

• Production begins immediately

• Processing time starts at checkout

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled

• Orders are non-refundable

Custom orders are created based on:

• Cap size

• Length

• Texture

• Color

• Style

Because each unit is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom products.

Processing times for custom orders are listed on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Shipping time is separate from processing time.
